Don't believe the 'ice and dust' explanation that NAZ- I mean NASA is politically disclosing. It IS NOT ice and dust or space junk, or whatever bullshit explanation they can get away with. Think about this for a minute. How is it that NASA has 'recently' discovered water on one of its moons, BUT HAS NOT DISCOVERED THIS GIANT RING THAT COULD FIT A BILLION EARTHs?
